Monday Afternoon Friendship in Action Group

The group meets on the second and fourth Monday afternoons of each month at 2.00 pm.  Nine people attend regularly - both church and non-church people.  The programme follows a pattern beginning with a cup of tea and a chat, followed by an activity and ending with “a thought for the day”.

All members of the group have input into the programme planning and can take turns to organise the activity if they wish.  The activities have included games, quizzes, drawing and painting, poetry and prose readings, card and decoration making, flower arranging, meals together including meals out  locally.

Everyone is welcome to join the group.  Come and have some fun and get to know each other better.
